We want you to love your knitting experience, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused kits and yarn in their original packaging. Please note that digital patterns are final sale and cannot be returned once downloaded.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unused yarn balls, needles, and kits back into the original eco-friendly brown bag or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they stay protected.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
