What is included in a We Are Knitters kit?
Each kit comes with everything you need to complete your project: the specific amount of eco-friendly yarn, premium wooden needles, the pattern, a small sewing needle, and a We Are Knitters embroidered label.
Do you offer patterns for different skill levels?
Yes, our kits are categorized into four levels: Beginner, Easy, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each pattern includes step-by-step instructions and access to video tutorials to help you along the way.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-12 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and the yarn skeins have not been wound or tangled. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable.
Are your yarns sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. Our wool comes from sheep in the Peruvian highlands, our cotton is 100% Pima, and our 'Trapillo' is upcycled from fabric remnants. All our needles are made from 100% FSC-certified maple wood.
Can I buy yarn skeins separately without a kit?
Absolutely! If you already have your own needles and patterns, you can purchase individual skeins of our The Wool, The Meriwool, Pima Cotton, and other fibers in a wide variety of colors.
